Offensive subjects: Probably cool, if we're not in touch already about it you may want to ask to be safe.
Hugging this character: Yes! If she wouldn't be ok for a hug, it'd be an odd day, so assuming yes would be normal for anyone.
Kissing this character: If she doesn't know you, I wouldn't risk it. I also wouldn't risk it if Rikki's around. But hit me up if you'd like to.
Flirting with this character: Feel free! She probably won't flirt back, though, except in bantery, obviously-not-legit ways.
Romantic interest toward this character: Anyone can fall in love with anyone. That doesn't mean she'll return the favor, though.
Fighting with this character: Verbal fighting a go. Physical fighting usually a go, but get in touch with me so we can coordinate.
